I can so see ( MO) people getting hurt trying to comply .
When U're carying around xtra lbs .. THEY are the weights . We DONT need to run ... just WALK .
We DO need SERIOUS HEAVY DUTY CUSHIONING for our feet , knees and ankles . I invest my money in top-qualty running shoes with air gel cushions front n back ( always men's because they cishion for 165 !! lbs ... vs 119 lbs for the same scantily cushioned but same priced " ladies" sneaker ) .
