Beginners Exercise - Incline Pushups
In honor of breast cancer awareness I figured today would be a good day for a chest exercise. Incline pushups are good beginners exercises because it helps you develop your push-up technique and the incline shifts some of your body weight to your feet making it easier on your chest. The higher your incline the easier these are. Using some stairs in your home is a great place to do these because as you get better you can work your way down.
