Try Liquid Centrum or go to GNC they have a few. Lisa

My surgeon recommended Flintstone chewables, but I've found liquid vitamins at GNC. They are a little pricey, but for me it seems my tastebuds are magnified 100X since surgery, and that is the only thing I can stomach. I mix it with OJ, and its yummy. Hope this helps, good luck on your journey! Peggy

My surgery was canceled due to low iron, im trying to get iron level up now but doc said regular iron pills and or liquid iron isnt going to cut it that would take months posilbly a year so he has me on a pill called irofol and hopefully ill be ready before end of year.

Centrum has an adult chewable. I found it at Wal Mart. Costco has a liquid multi-vitamin. My doctor has me taking ferrous gluconate for my iron supplement. It is suppose to be easier on the system (hoping to avoid constipation). Are you taking calcium? I take citracal. (calcium citrate) Costco now has a generic version. It is very important to take your vitamins and supplements. I am 2 1/2 years post op and learned the hard way. I will have to take vitamins/supplements for the rest of my life. Even when I don't want to Good luck.
