Doc note

Well I dropped off my perscription pad note to the surgeons office and they giggled and said that the insurance co will definitely ask for more details than that. So it looks like as of this next Tuesday ALL of my requirements will have been met as far as appts go. I am just praying the doctors are speedy with writing the letter that is needed fir the insurance to approve wls.
