Roll Call,Happy Memorial Day

Morning Val We have plans to go to my mom's house for BBQ wich should be a real treat becouse latley the smell of meat cooking makes me want to , Hubby gets to do the cooking so there is no way I can sneak out early...lol No I'm not pregnant my body is just doing this wierd thing it does every spring maybe it's allergy related I just know if I had the option I would stay home today in bed with some warm soup and a big comfy blanket,But I'll go and put on my happy face and make nice for a few hours then back home, hot shower and a date with my blankie....lol I'm cold ,I hate,detest,can not stand being cold. Good Morning Shel Oh girl the smell of meat cooking makes me sick alot of times..i love chicken and sometimes when i go by one of those port a pit things and smell that chicken ,it smells raw to me and for me.. and my smell got like this after surgery . I hope you find a way to enjoy the day and once you get home you can snuggle with your blankie You can whine to me any day Love ya Val

Good Morning!!! Now that I am no longer a lurker only, I am going to try to get into every roll call. No specific plans today. We had a big cookout last weekend for my neices birthday, so we aren't repeating it this week. If it ever stops raining, I need to get out in the flower beds. I too am pasty white. Will need to venture out to the Walmart today for some things. Especially my Kozy Shak by Request Sugar Free chocolate pudding that I cannot live without. Love it mixed with Lite Cool Whip. I cannot eat the other brands because of sugar alcohols. Have a good holiday. I have been a RN fro 16 years and have had to work many holidays too. You learn to be flexible. Terri 331/294/130?

Hi Teri I am so glad to see you back and i hope to see you more often I have looked for that Kozy Shak here and all we have is rice so i can not buy it ..i do not like rice pudding I hope the rain stops and you get to get in your flowers.I have a flower bad in front of the house i need to get done too ,i am going to try to get it done tomorrow.. Thank you Val. I do believe that I am gonna stick around here. Funny thing about the Kozy Shak. We live smack dab in the middle between 2 Walmarts. One only has the rice. The other has chocolate, tapioca and rice pudding. So, go figure. We go back and forth between the 2. Terri

Morning Val! Happy Memorial Day! No big celebration/cookout planned here. I just planted a couple of Clematis vines Yesterday along the fence And put up a couple of Flags. Today I'll probably have my son mowing the yard While I move a few more plants. It's a little bit of sun, Even though Our yard is a "Shade Show-Case." (Giant Oak Trees, 0 Direct Sunlight) We can only plant things that Love the Shade. My son just got back from a week in Florida, So he's had his son for the summer. You have a Great one Today! Good Morning Dx We have alot of shade too but we get plenty of sun too I want to plant a Clematis vine too and plan this fall to get lots of Daffodil bulbs in..We have 2 1/2 acres and not one daffodil I though every country home had them You have a great day..i am going to make this last week at this job a fun one for the ladies . and start my new job in one week Talk to you soon Hugs Val

hi ya DX....I planted a clematis two years ago and this year, it finally has blooms!!! There are probably 40!! Some have just opened too. It's a Nelly Moser (fushia pink with lines down the petals) and boy does it perk up the corner it's in!!! I have more things to plant but they have to wait until next weekend! Susan
