Hey Jennifer, I'm a neighbor from Gastonia. Do you attend the Gastonia Support Group meetings? I have eaten livermush once or twice after surgery and have had no problems keeping it down. I don't know the nutritional information, but I do know that there are much better choices than this. Larry

I have not been to the Gastonia support group meeting yet, I just found out about it but I am coming tommorow. I know that Livermush is probably not the best to eat but I cannot eat much of anything and thought that I would try it. I may get the courage up to try it. Thanks for the response.

Okay all you Northerners back off. Livermush or liver pudding is a breakfast meat that we sometimes eat here in the South. You know like the difference between grits and oatmeal. Livermush can be good on a sandwich for lunch with mustard and onion. (of course this was all pre-op)

Ok Larry I am a southern gal but I've never heard of livermush . I like calf liver with onions though. Do you buy livermush and how exactly is is made? I'm assuming it is made with chicken or beef liver. Curious???? Dana
