My Mom's name is Ethel and we have had many a laugh over that song over the years. We also call her Granny and have had a few laughs over the "Granny Got Run Over by a Reindeer" song. She takes the ribbing pretty well, thank goodness.

Yep, I hated it because I was on my monthly and they just put a towel between my legs very humiliating. But I guess it is common to start before or during your hospital stay

I got my period the day of the surgery as well. It wasn't fun but the nurses told me not to worry because they had seen everything before. They made me were a pad and some special panties. I was knocked out as soon as they put me on the table and I don't remember a thing. You'll be fine! Down 80 pounds!

Yep buck naked and not to mention that they have to insert a urinary catheter too. But not for long they usually drape all areas but your tummy during surgery.
