They cover up all the parts that they are not working on. The need a sterile field so that they won't be dragging any germs from anywhere else to the wound site.

Yes, naked of CLOTHING, but they use sterile DRAPES where needed. The johnny you wear into the OR will not be kept on, if that is what you mean. At this point, I don't care who in the medical field sees this bod...I've had so many procedures and operations done, I just don't care anymore. It's not like the surgeon remembers like "oh yeah, that was the patient with the tiny breasts"...they are there to do their work on their "canvas", your body. Don't be freaked.
