How nude do you need to be for an Upper GI?

I guess it depends on where you go. And what your wearing. I was only asked to strip from the waist up. I was wearing pull up slacks no metals so they did not ask me to take them off. Laura M. Las Vegas NV,

I have had 2 in the last year. One I was required to strip down to my undies, the other I was not. I think it depends on if they want small bowel follow through. The first one they wanted to see the barium in my intestines the second one was just a basic upper GI. I would recommend taking some thin sleep type pants with no metal and maybe they will allow you to wear those.
