Need something crunchy
I couldn't hzve raw veggies until 6 weeks out.
Celery in the salad or served on cucumber rounds is good I occasionally buy baby romaine and used them like boats to fill.

I felt the same way and looked for something I could eat that I could chew to liquid consistency. I was afraid of (crunchy) veggies at 5 weeks so I found lentil crisps at Trader Joe's. They're reasonably healthy; have fiber (which we desperately need in this phase) and are easy to chew to liquid.
May be dangerous for some but I've done ok with them - just have a handful.
