Anyone from Kentucky

Hi, I live in Eastern KY and need help with dogs. I currently am caring for 20 dogs and am overcrowded. I cannot care for all these dogs and they have destroyed my home. They are proving impossible to housebreak and my home stinks. All are dogs that I have rescued or had dropped off. People will drop off dogs all the time and expect me to take care of them. I have refused to take in any more even though it breaks my heart. I have already gotten in over my head. Is there any product that will work on old, set in, accidents. I have talked to many vets and they all say that after all this time it will be impossible to get the scent markers out of everything and that the dogs will just keep going to those places. The only solution seems to be to build kennels and get them out of my home but I don't have the money for that. I am disabled and it is killing me trying to keep up with all these animals. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Cyndie
