Well, last night I made my first walk from our campsite to the track and did it without whining or having to stop and rest my back and my hip. AND I discovered that those dang seats are not comfortable for hours when you forget your seat cushion .. lol .. All this progress and I am only down 35 pounds .. I can imagine how great I will feel when it is 135 pounds. Anyhow .. the truck race was great .. I loved how Mikey was running so strong, just sorry that he got messed up in the end and didn't win . AND .. this is day three at LMS without a rain drop .. almost a record for me . lol Hugs, Mo

It seem like every race we went to it rained one time or another. Good luck on your surgery. I'm envious mine looks like it won't happen until sometime in June. So another vacation of sitting at the van while everyone else goes to the trailers to look. Well, by next year I'll have them running to keep up with me. HA HA! Annette in VA

Cooooool!! What kind of car do you run at the track? I am a die-hard Ford woman. I drive a Mustang. I think it is GREAT that you and your husband can race one another and come home and then sleep in the same bed too! (Alot of men do not deal with losing to a chick very well) I agree that the world seems to be over run with NASCAR fans.. It is alot more tough to find a drag racer in the crowds.
