3 pounds is a great jumpstart for your big post-op melting days!!! Poolercise will get the muscles and circulattion surgery ready!!!
My weekend was fabulous but not so great for the weight loss! Lol! I'm back up 2 of the 4 I lost from last week but my body is swollen!!!! I was on airplanes for several hours, out of my perfect eating environment, walking tons and not drinking enough! ...Soooooo, I am back at it today with 2 protein drinks and a healhty veggie omellette for breakfast.
I'll hop in my pool for an hour workout later today.
I have a big European trip ahead and need to find more energy. So, will be pushing the protein to the big triple digits each day so I'll be the Energize Bunny on tour! LOL!
Found out this weekend that I can speak fluent Swan!!!! He he he!!!

But...it's not all I do. I just did a circuit workout with my hubby tonight at L.A. Fittness....
10 minutes on the bike, 10 on the treadmill, 10 on the eliptical, 10 on the stairs and then 10 on the treadmill again. ..... It'll feel great to be back in the pool tomorrow:)
No reason at all that anyone should be limited after revisions!
....in a few days I'll be climbing the stairs of castles in Europe as my workout!!! Woooo Hooooo!!!!

I am pre-op revision and have rhuemtoid arthritis. Dr. S. took me off my nsaids for pain and the pool is the only mostly painfree exercise I can do right now. i would love to get back in the gym ( I have a
complete gym where I live) but am managing pain at the moment. I will be back in the gym as soon as i can tolerate it but it has nothing to do with the revision itself.
