Thanks for asking about me....I'm doing farely well after working my sorry saggy bumpsky off all year to improve my labs.  I'm actually workin it right now to get my "revision, revised with a DS".....Crazy huh?!  When life can be better then we have to go for it!!!

Thanks Westside buds!  Your meeting yesterday was GREAT!  Your group is always FUN, peppy, and informative!!!  It was soooo good to see some of my dear friends from years past and see that you are still walking the walk and making "you" a priority!  You look amazing!

For those of you who are living on the West side of Phoenix (or live far away and just want a great Saturday support group)  and can use great support, here is the Westside information:

**WLS West Valley Support Group:
WLS West Valley is a support group that meets twice a month on the first and third Saturdays  of each month. It is a group designed for people who are pre-op or post-op for any kind of weight loss surgery.
The meetings are PEER FACILITATED, FREE, and will be held at Banner Estrella Hospital in the Conference Rooms located at 93rd Avenue and Thomas Road from 10:30 AM to Noon. The conference rooms are located just west of the main hospital entrance.
