Topic: Support Group Reminders - March
Tonight: (1st Tuesday of every month)
AZ Grads of Weight Loss Surgery, 5:30 p.m., Peer Facilitated and hosted by Bridges at Phoenix St Luke's (555 N. 18th St). We meet in the room to the left of the large education room.
Do you wonder who the Grads are? EVERYONE from all programs & any type of surgery who is at least 1 year post-op!!! (I'll see you there tonight with details on the upcoming Grad Event on April 10th)
Phoenix St Luke's General Support, 6:30 p.m. (immediately follows the grads group so you can have a double header of support!) ALL are WELCOME!
Banner Gateway at Higley and the 60 in Gilbert. We meet just past the cafeteria in the conference rooms. 6:00 p.m. Tonight is the Nutrition group.
2nd Weds - Exercise 6:00 p.m.
3rd Weds - Psych facilitated at 4:30 p.m.
This Saturday:
Westside support group meets at Banner Estrella from 10:30 - noon (GREAT peer facilitated group open to EVERYONE!!!) Hubby & I will see y'all there this Saturday:)

Topic: Need ideas! Pole dancing maybe???
There are a few holes left in the Bridges Grad Seminar. We want this to be the most incredibly unique, fun and rewarding day possible!
So the Pole dancing fitness group is possibly on board for an exercise option! (No worries, they're doing the PG routine!) LOL!
Does anyone have any other fun ideas?
Do you have a business that WLS post-ops would be interested in?
Do you have a unique workout routine or exercise?
Are you a grad that has accomplished amazing goals and would like to share your inspirational story?
Are you a post-op of Dr. Zahn, Dr. Juarez or Dr Fang who is at or near goal or has lost 100 + pounds and would like to participate in our fashion show?

I'll be recovering from surgery then but will catch you next time.
Gotta LOVE Dress Barn! They sponsor the Bridges St Luke's fashion show every year and give the models 30% off their outfits, 15% coupons to everyone there and then 2 $50.00 gift certificates for door prizes! They are awesome to work with and their size range meets almost all of our needs (24 W to 4 petite)!
OK, this wasn't an add for Dress Barn.....just wishing you well and hoping everyone will jump on board and attend your fun party:)

Karen, the Sun City Room is at the corner of 103rd Ave. & Coggins. It's just south of 103rd & Grand (AM/PM on one corner and Grand Speedy on the other). Boswell Hospital is across the street.
We also have a meeting on Saturday, March 13, at the same place at 10:30 a.m. You might want to give that one a try to since Debbie should be there (at least I hope so since she's co-leader).

Congratulations on your recent surgery. Good to know as a safeguard they are keeping an eye on you for another night, I am sure all will be ok.
Feel Free to ask any questions, take a lot of pictures at least monthly so you can see your weight loss.

Hi. Well, when I went in on Wednesday, they said Dr. Sprunger wasn't coming back and his name was not on the door anymore. Sad, I really liked him.
Dr. Blackstone will continue to service all of SBC's patients. Yeah!
I've always liked everything about SBC. They have seen some changes in the past few months, as could be expected with the way everything is.
Best of luck to all and to Dr. Sprunger with whatever he is doing now.
