Thank you Terri. Yes sounds like me and your daughter are on similar paths...lol I will do that. I know that when my time comes I will have so many questions (and doubts) and having a good support system is truly a blessing.

I just want to let everyone know I had surgery on the 29th. I am feeling great, Walking. still a little short on food and protein drinks. Ye****er is great.

Welcome Back,
I really can relate to you story not me but my daughter she has 11,10,9,4,2 she took a small vacation for a few years. I do wish you the best on this journey I know any person that has such a busy life and devoted so much of herself to her family and life will do a great job.

I hope your wish come true.I had surgery on the 29th and have lost 10 already. So I do understand the excitement. Have you gotten through the test yet. Good luck I will save you room on the looser bench.

You can really stack the deck in YOUR favor by using these next 3 months PRE-op to read my blogs with lots of practical info so you'll be ready 4 TRANFORMATION TIME!!
The reason WLS patients regain their weight loss is they haven't learned how to turn off/ shut down their SELF-SABOTAGE machine!
OH video'd my talk on SABOTAGE at W Coast Nat'l Conf. & put it on YouTube in two 5-min. parts. Ya gotta watch!

Happy New Year. I am super excited for what the New Year holds!!! I hope to have my surgery by the end of March and to be down 100 lbs or more by Christmas 2010!!
