All of Banner Gateway support groups are open to EVERYONE from all programs and with any type of procedure. I've been attending this group since it first began over 2 years ago. I LOVE Dr. Goodhall. She's "on the nose" with counsel for our WLS journey of the mind!

Topic: 27 lbs to go
It's been just over 1 year. Time really flies.
I have gone from 352 to 200 lbs. Total loss of 152lbs. I was told I should lose about 175 when all is said and done. But an 86% loss of excess weight after 1 year I can live with. I have been bouncing at the 200 lb threshold now for about 5 weeks. Dr. Sprunger aid I'll continue to lose but much more slowly.

It's normally on the 3rd Weds of every month at 4:30
BUT.....
for December ONLY it will be the 2nd Weds ...that's tomorrow the 9th at 4:30!!!
This is the Banner Gateway group that is pysch facilitated! It's very laid back and VERY therapeutic!!! ALL are welcome!
Banner Gateway is just South of the 60 on Higley.
the group meets in a conference room just past the cafeteria
See you there!
