Topic: I have a talking keet named Tweetness!
He does own us rather than the other way around. He says a lot of things and sometimes mixes up the words he's learned. SO funny! When he giggles like I do, it gets everybody laughing. LOL!

Topic: We are owned by 2 birds
One is a male blue and gold macaw and one is a female congo african grey. THe grey is 3 yrs old and talks up a storm, loves to boss the dogs around. the macaw is just over a yr and mumbles a word here and there but not much of a talker yet. They are so comical and entertaining. I love my birds.

Sherri, I don't know what to tell you about how long your ****atiel might live. My son says 10-20 years. I have a Senegal parrot named Otis. I hand fed him as a baby. Unfortunately, he turned out to be a she and threw me over for my husband during puberty. He hates me now. Broke my heart at first though I'll tell ya.

I have a ****atiel that is a banded registered bird with the ACS. It has a hatch date of 12/86...I'm wondering, how long will this poor thing live?!!! It's still alive, almost bald now, but alive and kicking. I was under the impression they only lived 10-12 years. My vet hasn't even seen one this old.
