Maybe that is something I should about mines. I will say that I feel like i'm holding mine down better but I still see it peeking its head out ALOT. I've damn near lost my job and really put myself in a bind w/ my anger or aggression or what I like to call 0 tolerance for b/s. I'm not sure if i'm going to be able to go to a therapist though however i'm going to look into it.
I really hate the person i've become in some extent b/c I can be so angry at times and alot of times the only thing that cools that anger is a good work out and it works EVERYTIME. However I'd like to get to a place where it didn't take me being mad to work out. I also tried praying but for some reason I haven't built up the strength/faith to do that just yet.

(Erica don't shoot me) It takes a lot to admit that you have a PROBLEM.....it's OK to see someone about it. I think as Blacks we always think "i anit going to no QUACK" but we need to accept and embrace change...you need to handle your anger and access the ROOT of your problem...u can't do that without help. I 2 want a better relationship with GOD but I can't do that until I work on ME first. Dedee is so right with her working on your "who" u've got 2 if you don't who will. If you ever need to HOLLA i'm here..that's if it's ok with WIFEY..don't want her cutting my ass...LOL LOL

I'd feel like they just trying to get money and they don't have my best intrest at heart if I wasn't paying them (why I don't like some preachers).
