Damn - you go kinda hard in the paint! I am usually the one talkin all gruff to mofos..... I feel so venerable...... LOL!!!!

Actually - my ob/gyn told me I NEED to take it - BUT I can't take it with all my other **** - and that's what kills it for me cause I do my regime ONCE a day - I can't program my itty bitty lilttle mind to take mo **** later in the day

I have a whole bottle of calcium citrate - only have taken two....

Well I'mma start calling you the hunchback of BAF cause that's what you have to look forward to.

I definitely feel you on the high maintenance aspect of the supplements and such but THAT IS WHAT YOU SIGNED UP FOR.

honestly I don't do well with calcium in a pill form either which is why I like the up-cal. It's just a little package of powdered calcium. You can put it in your drinks or take it like BC powder. I just keep them in my purse and inevitably I'll be looking for something and that's my reminder to take it, then I'll usually take one before bed. Quick easy, melts on your tongue like a pixy stick.

Seriously though, you need to get on board. Consider this an action item as well as a verbal. We will revisit this issue in 30 days.

I just got in from a 5 hour drive from North Florida.....and now preparing to go to work. I'll phiscially be at work.....the whole act of WORK....I cant promise them all that. Dayumit I'll be there....what more do they want??? Dont they know I need a vacation, from my vacation. Being in love takes a lot outta ya!!!

Hmmm - nope. Just got SF raspberry syrup for my coffee and got my box of Avon shiot from UPS today - if I buy any more pampering **** my azz gonna have to manufactuer some strife for my life so I can enjoy the pampering!!! LMAOOO
