  THAT'S what I get for trying something new!!!!  The place I INTENDED to go was packed, so I went to Logan's Farm cafe and got a cuban sandwich and a salad...... EWWWWWW - i shoulda known that wasn't gonna work out when I ain't see not NARY CUBAN in the place!!!!  LMAO - and the salad.... whew !  How can you mess up a SALAD!!!!  Needless to say - I am WELL within my calorie count today cause I barely ate........

so - what was YOUR lunch?????

I brought a chicken enchilada stuffed with chicken, spinach, cheese and corn....don't know what side i want with it, but may just eat it by itself and an apple for snack.

and yeah how CAN you mess up a salad???!!??  lol

I had half  of a pita ham sandwich with cheese, banana peppers and lettuce.....Mmmmmmmmm

I had a slice of  Veggie pizza on a whole wheat crust...not bad for hospital cafeteria food, lol.

I'm having a herb crusted chicken breast and veggies with a 1/4 cup of potatoes,  this is left overs from supper last night.   I'll have that along with a sugar free jello.

Cheese & Crackers, and a Coke Zero.

Vanilla protein shake...but for snack I am having gumbo. LOL
