wishing you much success. by the way, what insurance do you have that approves so quickly? were you able to do all the tests?

United HealthCare is my insurance provider and the only thing i had to do was supply a five year weight history.  I was not required to do any testing or have any type of evaluations from a therapist.  I have tried before to have surgery while insured by BlueCross Blue Shield and was not successful.  I just think that now is the time God has allowed me to get the surgery. So he made the way simple for me.
