OT: Relationship question.... kinda......

Ok - so I was up late last night (no drinking and no pills do that lol) watching Forrest Gump.... and I got MAD.... at Jenny!!!!

That heffa had a PERFECTLY good man in Forrest - but she ran her fast azz off and had to be all fast lane - only to catch HIV THEN wallow her butt home to him! 

Now - granted Forrest was all suave and all that crap - but he was GOOD!!!  Loyal, loving, genuine!!!!!

So - could YOU settle down with a Forrest?  Or you gonna go running off like Jenny???

Me - gimme Forrest ALL DAY!!!!  I know one thing - he will stomp a mud hole in a mofo for me, he will do WHATEVER to make me happy and no matter WHAT..... I'm 'his girl'..........

Well since intelligence is a huge turn on for me and the thing that attracts me to someone then I will have to say NO! I can not do a Forest.

You see she went with Forrest after he got that Bubba Gump money...  she wasn't no dummy.

I would probably have to pass on Forrest.  He was a good man but she probably wasn't attracted to him, physically.  That's important.

Knowing what I know now....yes I could settle for a Forrest type.

But.... back in the day, when I was young, fast, and thought my shiot didn''t stank...nope.

Why do we tend to go for the bad boys....or those who take a lot of work?

I look back now and can remember a few good guys that I either walked all over or didn't even give them a chance because they weren't cool enough...or some other dumb reason....SMH

Oh well, hopefully I will get a second chance and Mr. Right will come and I will be ready...with open arms!
