Thank u...I never set a goal weight but rather mini goals that I accomplished. I didn't want to feel overwelmed by a number on the scale...and I still don't let it control me.

Thank you....I'm not a "perfect" patient so I was really surprized that they wanted my story...but I'm 100% REAL and I'm in this for life...ya know? The surgery didn't change my life...it truly is just a tool...I changed my life...and it's still a daily decision to maintain and strive for continued better health...it will never end.

I've seen so many posts lately about WLS people feeling like failures that I think we need to remember our success...not perfection...just sucess
