Thanks for your confession; it's good for the soul. I pray that everything works out for you. Makes me want to look at myself cause I have gained some weight too and it isn't cool!

wow way to go back on track and back in action . been trying to get my act back together after the holidays and my birthday was up 8 pounds back down 10 and just 15 pounds to goal . youv'e given me faith and I need and  a little kick cause these last few days have felt like I'm going no where weight stalled out and I'm working out. guess I need to get back they faith thanks

Hmmmm........I knew there was something goin on with you,  I can sense stuff like that.  I hope that whatever it is that had you caught up is over now and it's good to see your getting your shiot back in gear. 

You know that you have been one of my biggest inspirations and I told u that the first time I visited your page.  I started tearin' up dude, so you go boy and work that tool.  I know u didn't include me in the challenge but I have already challenged myself to be in that size 10 by summer time.  
 
I also second that motion that BAF wouldn't be the same w/o u.

YES I WAS GOING THROUGH A LOT OF FAMILY STUFF, AND STILL AM, BUT I HAVE ALLOWED THOSE BARRIERS INCLUDING THE WEATHER TO BE EXCUSES FOR NOT HANDLING MY BIZNESS SO I TOLD MYSELF TODAY NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MORE!! I AM IN A FREAKIN ZONE AGAIN, AND I WOULD LOVE TO PUT YOU IN THE CHALLENGE CAUSE THE MORE THE MERRIER!!! ,AND I FIGURE THE MORE IN THE CHALLENGE THE MORE SUCCESS STORIES THERE ARE GONNA BE, AND THE MORE NEWLY MADE CAMERA *****S!!! That's wassup.  I admitted that I was slacking too but I am back in gear and I realized today that I have lost eight more pounds since my last weigh in so let' make it do what it do. You know!
