A song sparrow?

i can see why you would guess song sparrow jessica.  but no...not a song sparrow.  (actually song sparrows don't have the ability to cling to the side of a tree the way this bird is doing.)

I would guess that any animal that "camos" itself is trying to stay alive 

I guess the more appropriate question would be what types of animals prey on this type of bird.
