Actually i already went through your old posts and have the site for the podcast already. Well lets not get too carried away. I realized I haven't really done any formal exercise in a year! 
I will admit though I felt great after leaving the gym this morning and have a little bit of a natural high going on.

Just got in from my run. And lee your right it was easier today. But you know what i don't think it is because it was an easy work out but I think your body is just getting used to it. It is amazing what you body can do when you pu**** a little. See ya'll on Wednesday, I m sure I will be bringing up the end that day too
