Ever since I got my date...

I have been CRAVING Dallas BBQ. My CNN folks no what I am talking about. I want their honey basted sticky wings so bad that I was checking out flights to take me to New York this weekend. Man if I didn't have my daughter I would be out .  I keep thinking to myself I have to go there before my surgery. I have to have those wings before I lay down on that cold surgical slab and start my life anew. Did anyone else have any cravings before their surgery that they just had to have?

When is ur date, anyway?  I know, I'll fax you an order of the honey basted wings.  Aren't those the biggest wings you've ever seen or what?  Like chickens on steroids.  lol

Yes they were my stomach is growling just thinking about it.  My date is April 6th I told Miranda I was going to try and make it to New York before my date. I have to see when she is free to hang out with me.

You mean, I may actually get to meet some of you if you come down? wow.  lol.  Seriously, if it happens, let me know.

Give me some Dallas BBQ Hennessey wings, crabcakes and a Pina Colada....I'm good to go!

Yes I am as serious as a heart attack. Which I may have after I tear up some Dallas BBQ

I was all set to drive to Grand Rapids, MI for some greasy chicken in a bag that I haven't eaten since early 1993. I did a food tour before I got approved for surgery. My former employer flew me to Irvine, CA for KT with a new client. I had my boyfriend meet me there to drive me around.  In 2 days, I ate Houston's, In-N-Out Burger, Fatburger and Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles. I was no joke.    

It's normal to start thinking about what's not on the list of allowable foods for the first few months after surgery. That's what last supper syndrome is all about. I was also obsessed with lurking on the DS board and watching The Food Network.
