Walking shoe verdict..

Howdy,
well on yesterday I ventured out to the mega mall. I had never been there and was fortunate to find a scooter as soon as I arrived. I had a blast.

Anywho, I went to every shoe store. Foot Locker, The finish line, Sports Authority, and a few others.

I checked out the Nike Shoks and didn't like how they looked. I saw that most of the shoes cost around $79.00's

I then went to the Sports Authority and saw that they are having an awesome sale. I found a pair of New Balance walking shoes on sale for $39.00's. I also purchased a few pair of Thorlos socks.

Mama's ready to hit the bricks next week once released to exercise. Thanks for the suggestions.

I have issues with my right foot...screws, pins, mutiple re-constructive surgeries BLAH BLAH BLAH

Anyway, my ortho only recommends New Balance shoes for his patients...looks like a great choice! Happy Walking

New Balance is all that I could wear when I taught PE for a while and especially when I was preggers. I've had 3 rt. knee surgeries and a rt. ankle surgery. I love them. Good choice twin.

I was getting worried and about to call. You oughta see me struttin around here trying to keep the shoes clean. They feel really good so I am glad that I bought them.

Too bad your feet will probably shrink and you'll need a new pair...LOL!!! I always have something contrary to say. How are you feeling, hon?!

That's two strikes...one more strike and you earn a spot on the heffa list.

Actually you make a good point. I almost bought a pair in a smaller size because I lost a shoe size after a 50 lb loss with the silicone serpant. The only reason I didn't is because I truly do not know if the same thing will happen or how many sizes I may drop.
