Sounds delicious.  Walmart Supercenter has some of the best rotisserie chicken.

baked tilapia
veggie - green beans

vitamins taken
still drinking water at  60oz now

4 more ounces and you will be done!

I made steak salad with boiled eggs.  So easy but good!

I still need to take one more round of vitamins...and today I did not do so good with the water but will grab another bottle before bed!!!!

I see that you met one of your mini-goals --CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Get those vitamins in.

I had spaghetti with turkey italian sausage rotesseri chicken half a slice of garlic bread and veggies
Got one more viactiv to take after dinner
drank 50 oz's of water and another 20 in the freezer for tonight
dessert is going to be grape,strawberry and banana medley

I walked to the bus stop and through the mall.

Plan to walk 4 miles tomorrow though!

Were you told to take Viactiv? 

They just said a calcuim.  I do generic brands too just depends on how my money looking when I run out.

I feel you, but you need calcium citrate (e.g. Citracal).  Preferably, with Vitamin D added.  Viactiv is calcium carbonate.  Run this by your doctor.

Let me check my box real quick...brb its a generic it does have vit d and k but it is a carbonate. I'll shot my NUT an email tomorrow.
