I had zuchinni and a baked crab stuffed flounder, and talk about good.  it's like having a delicious filet of fish and a crab cake at the same time.   YUMM!!!

I'm eating way too many carbs tonight at once and that is why I am soooo hungry still. Baked sweet potatoes and mac n cheese. I made chicken burgers the other night but I don't want that right now. I had roasted veggies about an hour ago before the carb loaded dinner. I never drink enough water and I know that's bad but I cannot make myself drink a lot of water when the weather is cold, it makes me colder!!!!! I only had maybe about 32 oz of liquid today and that's a good maybe.

Okay, you need to do 3 miles on the treadmill to work some of that off....lol.   Try to do your carb overload during the day and concentrate on meat and vegetables (green) at night.  Protein is best ingested first thing in the morning, after a workout, and right before bed.  Let the last thing you put in your mouth (not being gutter-minded) be protein.

How about warming your water during the winter months?  Drop a decaf tea bag in there and go to work.

Never tried ginger dressing.  Do you make it yourself?

no, naturally fresh makes a decent one, but the best IMO is by makato (black label) tastes just like what you get in the japanese restaurant
