Hello,

I had a chicken vegetable lo mein.  I got it from Rachel Ray.  It was good yall.

I had tuna salad on romaine lettuce.

I have taken 2 multivitamins, one left; 2 calciums, liquid b-complex,  2 Fiber Choice, 40 oz water(still working on it).

I had roast beef and cabbage

Drank 68 ozs of water today and took all my vitamins

I'm gonna have me a tablespoon of peanut butter before I go to sleep tonight to satisfy this craving I've been having
