ONE YEAR SURGIVERSARY - Reflection

Happy Bandiversary Brenda and to answer your question...I am currently a work in progress.  However, I do believe that I have a higher confidence level.  I still have my issues with self-esteem...other than that I am still the same ole Faith.

i tell you all the time about that self-esteem.  If I was your size it would be hell to pay!  But thats how I rolled before.

First off congratulations on your surgiversary. 

Since my band was placed I think I really look the same but I think the mental part of this journey has been the hardest part.  For the first time I have put an effort into being healthier, not just getting to a certain number on the scale.  I'm learning to surround myself with people that are supportive of this journey and truly have the best for me in mind.
