Good Morning Cookie,

I had a Dannon Frusion Peach Passion Fruit Smoothie.  Do you still have the protein smoothie recipes?  I thought that I had saved them.  However, I have been unable to locate the file.  Thanks.

I am on my two week stretch to surgery; hence, full liquid diet. So, it is protein shakes for me. Thanks for posting all the different types of smoothies.

Thanks for all you do to help keep us on the right path during this journey!...Also, thanks for the smoothie recipes, I'll definitely need them...I look forward to sending in my daily menu in the days to come!...

I'm Pre Op and just got my date yesterday so I'm not really prepared like I know I should be but I'm doing the two week no carb thing to prepare for surgery:
This morning I had scrambled eggs and sausage pattie and I'm drinking my water...I must admit, it's been hard letting go of my coffee but I'm trying and I know I'll "git r done!"...

I've been thinking about just doing the protein shakes for breakfast/dinner and salads for lunch and of course my water...If anyone has some suggestions I can use for Pre-Op meals please, hook a sister up!!
