Hi Zoii, THIS IS YOUR LIFE, Jack Parr way before your time.Vitamins,proteins and menus. You are out early to be bored already. They always say this is a life change and yes every day I have to struggle with the menu. But the vitamins I get in before I pick my head off the pillow good in the morning. Protein a little struggle but not to much now. Forget to eat doing the day but know better have started a diet book.
