Ladies - Is a girdle part of your daily wardrobe..

Since wls surgery do you have to wear a girdle daily to hold the flab in.  I am finding
that I need to wear a girdle daily.  One day I didnot put one on and my boyfriend made the comment baby you must not have your girdle on.   I was like Lord - is my stomach poking out that much.  Do you have to wear a girdle daily?

It's 2nd nature to me now.  I don't wear the "girdle" per se....the kind with the ribs in it...no ma'am. Those are too uncomfortable.  I just buy the all-in-one shapewear from Wal-Mart for $12.88, they snap in the crotch and work great.  I own several of those.

I'll just keep shaping it up until I can get it tucked. 

Yes! And I kind of love it in a sick way. I invested in a "Yummie Tummie" tank top and I love the shape it give me under clothes. Plus it's super long so I can wear it with dresses and it doesn't ride up. It also doesn't look or feel like shapewear.

I mostly wear binders that were prescribed for my legs.  To answer your question, YES!

Yes Mame...Top and Bottom I wear the Dr. Ray (have several lengths) bottom and spanxs and free? and assest.... tops ( have even gotten these at walmart and target) 

i wear spanx sometimes only when im wearing something thats fitted..but thats not too often...so nope i dont wear girdle everyday...besides since wls my stomach was the first thing t go so i really dont need it.

Depending on the outfit!  But if I want the smooth look, then yeah!
