Ladies - Is a girdle part of your daily wardrobe..
i dont HAVE to, but i love (or am used to it by now) the feeling of being "controlled". besides, most of my clothes are fitted/tailored so i like the all over smoothness they give. i cant stand to see lumps and bulges, no matter how "skinny" one might be. invest in shapewear, ladies! i use mostly spanx or assets (or some derivation thereof) that are the pantyhose type material. cant stand the boning and hooks---it ends up curving, shows through clothes (whats the point of wearing shapewear if you can see it?!) and is obvious when you hug, etc.
so short answer, yes, just about every day. i wear mostly dresses anyway.

my boyfriend made the comment baby you must not have your girdle on
I rarely wear shapewear. I typically buy clothes with structure and fabrics that don't require it. I only own a couple of articles of clothes that look "lumpy" without it and usually a pair of control top pantyhose are all it takes to smooth things out.

It is better to be motivated by the souls hunger rather than the egos greed.
