Ladies - Is a girdle part of your daily wardrobe..

I'm a fan of the Body Magic shapewear.  (Such a fan in fact that I became a distributor, so give me a shout if you have questions.)  It not only holds everything in, but molds it into a shape.  I don't wear anything to run daily errands or anything but when I get dressed for the purpose of being cute, I definitely wear a shaper.

I wear Spanx errryday.

My trainer told me to throw them away and I did. I f I work out the way he tells me I won't need it and I don't my suana suit works the He## out of the giggle

If I want more comfort, I wear a waist slimmer the ones that you wear at the gym so I can lose some water weight at the same time.

I swear by it.

Since Day one after surgery I wear something, I believe this has helped me to not be as jiggly during the course of losing weight. I also love the smoothness . I have all kinds, all over, waist cinchers, pant girdles, capri girdles. I love girdles. I even sell them to my friends and family at cost when they want a super nice one to hold in everything. Most of my pants girdles , I got from Walmart. my all over one I paid about 65.oo for and it holds everything in I wear that for special occasions. I wear dresses mostly during the summer, so I wear my waist cincher and one to hold in my hips and butt for smoothness.

i wear assets bottoms and the undershirt, not everyday but a lot of the days. i really enjoy how it makes me look.
