Congrats on your date, love...now Imma tell you, it is going to be a little difficult to lose 30 lbs. in a month - but YOU CAN DO IT! How?  Glad you asked...

PROTEIN...PROTEIN...PROTEIN!!!  Plus exercise and plenty of water.  But the protein is definitely the key...eat it in meats, drinks...whatever you have to do - I lost 20 lbs. during the month prior to my surgery; my doctor and nutritionist supplied me with a test diet and that's how I did it...wasn't very hard either...(hmm...perhaps I need to start practicing what I'm preaching!!! LOL!)

BTW...I like that poster/picture - very YOU...
