Tattoo's- What Is Your Take
I have two...dont plan on getting anymore.
My daughter who's 16 talks of getting one when she's of age and I really dont want her to.
But I know I probably wont be able to stop her, cause I was just as determined about getting mine when I didnt have them.
I just dont see the point of them now that Im older.

In life, and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.
Hi again...I would suggest you convince her to wait if possible..The reason is because I have a nick name that my family calls me "Nikki"..It has nothing to do with my real name and I hate it now...When I was 17 I was dowtown purchasing my senior prom shoes and found the perfect pair for way less than my mom gave me so I had enough left for a tattoo...I was going to get "Nikki" but the parlor would not allow because I was under age...I was upset but now that I look back I am so happy that there was an intervention because I would HATE to walk around with the name I now despise...

I have mixed feelings on the subject. I don't have any tattoos, but I would consider it. I've seen some people with beautiful body art.
I don't like the tattoos that look like somebody carved them with a rusty nail at home. I went to a wedding where one of the bridesmaids had big, black, tacky tattoos on her shoulders and back. It totally ruined the effect of the lovely gown she was wearing.
I will also admit that I have a serious aversion to seeing a bunch of tattoos on somebody who's handling food.
