Yea my trainer swears by it and at first I thought he was nuts and to top it off he told me if I didn't believe him before I got one use a garbage bag ghetto huh but that works to and the inches are my proof he wt us and measured us I lost 10lbs and 3 inches(waist) in a month and 2 inches (arms) I was happy good luck keep me posted, right now I just really want to tone and if I can do it without and more surgerys I am HAPPY!!!!!! so I will try anything

Thanks for sharing the info on the Sauna -suit. How often were you using it and for how long ? When you lost the 10 pounds and 3 inches. was it daily?. Id like to walk the treadmill and use the suit as well. Sounds like a great inexpensive option to lose some weight..Did you gain the weight back after drinking water?
