I can't believe I used to............

  thanks lady!!!  Every now and then I give yall a good one!  LOL

I cant believe I use to think that some way...and some how, I was going to be alright and could live the way I ate.

I cant believe the amount of food I ate. A Large Mickey Dee's fry or a Bojangles fry with extra seasoning was a snack. I cant even eat all of one of them now.

I cant believe how big my clothes.

I cant believe the effort I had to take each day to maintain a pleasant body odor. I would sweat in all my cracks and crevices. Believe me, I have put baby powders, body spray and deodorant in many low valleys on my body. Antiperspirant is not only for the under arms...ok. I would put it where it was needed!  And the baby wipes I always carried with me ( I still do...out of habit!).

Just sad...but it is sooo much better today.
