Ok I see most people post about problems with gas. My problem is I have gas that just wont come out. This causes extreme pain. My doctor says that its indigestion, but I know what heartburn feels like. I am sure this pain is related to the surgery. once I release the gas the pain goes away instantly. Sometimes releasing the gas may take a few hours. Has anyone experience this. Sometime I wonder if I am the only one? Anyone with suggestions please tell me. When I have this pain. I wont the whole world to just stop moving literally.

I am working on that..to be honest low end three servings day. If you include coffee maybe 6 servings per day.

For every cup of coffee you have you have to add another 8oz glass of water because of the caffeine.
