If you don't mind - if you have an upcoming surgery - could you post here? What procedure, what date, your current and your goal weight???

I keep seeing announcements and it seems like it's a gang of yall...... LOL

Im a shorty 5'5, it also depends on the muscle mass that is developed. might go for 180-185 but nothing higher .
