Surrender44, I don't know if there is a walgreens in your town (which i'm sure theres one on every corner if you live in a big city) they have vitamins called optisource and they work very good. I have been taking them since before my surgery. They are strictly for bariatric patients. You can go to walgreens.com to look at what they have in them. You chew them four times a day and they taste great for a vitamin. Good luck and God Bless.
