DID YOU MOVE TO LOSE TODAY?

Did you move to lose today?  If not are you?  If you are what are you going to do and when? If not why? I know a lot of questions I am trying to get some inspiration to move.  Thanks

After work I'll be walking on the treadmill for at least 30 min. followed by a water aerobics class. I'm still easing my way in to working out. Since I love water aerobics it helps.

Other than to the bathroom...to the car..the steps to get to my office...and twirling around in my office chair...and an occassional deep sigh...No.

I DID MY 30 MIN. WALK B4 BREAKFAST...HAVE TO DO IT EARLY OR I PROCRASTINATE AND DON'T DO THEM.

I did a hour of plyometrics followed by a half hour run.   I will be sitting on my butt for the rest of the day.

I did my morning workout with free weights and cardio.
I raised lbs. lifted on my weights:
15lbs and 20lbs front laterals(front delts) and side laterals(mid delts), dumbbell kickback(triceps), dumbbell row(triceps), overhead dumbbell press(shoulders) 25lbs., decline bench press(40lbs), dumbbell flye(15lbs.), dumbbell curls(25lbs.,biceps), dumbbell press(20lbs,),overhead dumbbell press(25lbs., front and middle delts), lateral pulldown (70lbs), 3sets, 6 to 10 reps on all. Cardio-elliptical, 35mins, 3 miles. Abs-crunches
That is it for me for today!

I plan to get in 45 minutes of cardio today at the gym. I've been slacking, but its time to up my game! Good luck to you!!
