Other than to the bathroom...to the car..the steps to get to my office...and twirling around in my office chair...and an occassional deep sigh...No.

I did my morning workout with free weights and cardio.
I raised lbs. lifted on my weights:
15lbs and 20lbs front laterals(front delts) and side laterals(mid delts), dumbbell kickback(triceps), dumbbell row(triceps), overhead dumbbell press(shoulders) 25lbs., decline bench press(40lbs), dumbbell flye(15lbs.), dumbbell curls(25lbs.,biceps), dumbbell press(20lbs,),overhead dumbbell press(25lbs., front and middle delts), lateral pulldown (70lbs), 3sets, 6 to 10 reps on all. Cardio-elliptical, 35mins, 3 miles. Abs-crunches
