DID YOU MOVE TO LOSE TODAY?

i did the couch to 5k week 2/day 2 run/walk.  i walked 1 mile of steep hills.  after work, i'll be chasing after my daughter as she re-learns to ride her bike w/o training wheels.


 TRUE LOVE DOES NOT COME BY FINDING THE PERFECT PERSON BUT BY LEARNING TO SEE AN IMPERFECT PERSON PERFECTLY

I got twenty minutes of weights in and my walk in.  So I feel pretty good.

I did one hour bootcamp it was brutal but I feel GOOD especially now that it is OVER!!!!!!!!!!
