OT-How long are you willing to wait???

Ok as most of you know Steve Harvey has a new book out how to act like a lady think like a man. I have just ordered my copy. But anywho one of the things Steve says is to not sleep with a man for the first 90 days while dating him

BAF what do you think? Do you think witholding sex from a man will make him respect you more than if you gave him your cookie the first night?

BAF please chime in...and I don't mean with that damn popcorn smiley either.

agreed but if you give it up that fast is this a booty call or someone that you have long term interest in??

I've done a few booty calls in my day.  I did it with my eyes wide open (no delusions of grandeur here).  In fact, I gave it to my ex-HUSBAND in the first week of meeting him. 

I don't buy into that whole "make him wait" crap.  I'm grown, he's grown....we do grown folks stuff.  There may be consequences for my actions, but I accept them.  Plus, to me, it's sin anyway.  What difference does it make if I wait 90 days to sin or sin within the first 90 seconds??!?

I so agree Cookie that is only a MYTH.

I won a copy of his book on the radio and was reading the first couple of chapters last night, and MUST say I do not agree with him in regards to ALL men think alike.

I gave my HUSBAND the goods after knowing him TWO WEEKS.
