I'm on Day 2 of the 5 Day Pouch Test so my plan today is:

Liquids only!!

B - Decaf coffee w/vanilla protein powder

L - Cheese Soup

D - Split Pea Soup

Snacks - SF jello and pudding

water, water, water, water, water.......

Protien Shake this morning
Walk 1 mile sipping on some water
Lunch baked chicken and broccoli
Dinner baked salmon and spinach
before bed Protien smooties 
 
all morning vitamins and still only can get down about 32 oz of water a day.
