Couch to 5K, Week 7 Has Begun, All 25 min runs... Whew

Morning Yall
I made a mistake of staying up until 12:30 last night and boy was that a bad idea when you have to run in the morning.
So today starts week 7, this week all 3 runs are a full 25 minutes with no breaks in between just 25 min straight. I did my run a hour later cause I am exhausted today from staying up late and I ran my ass off but not as fast as Friday last week. I tried to run faster but my left knee said Hell No.
I always punish myself for not making a goal, well today I ran a extra 3 minutes at the end of the run during the last song for staying up to late. (BAD GIRL)
I am looking into the 10K podcasts to see if I can find one with decent music. I also emailed Suz and asked her if she has done or plan to do 10K, but I may try to make my own if need be. I think i'm going to definately continue cause I like the differences I am seeing in my body.
Today I am lowering my carbs to 80 I won't go any lower cause I need the energy. I am also going to eat very clean for the next week and see how my body responds.
Ok, Yall do your run and let me know how it went. I am loving Week 7 so far.

I just chose my new "bathroom jeans" I am really close to getting into them.
Levi jeans are so much smaller than regular jeans, personally I like stretch jeans, but Becca has forbade me to wear them cause she says they are my sweat pants, and she is so right. LOL
So all of my jeans will have no stretch until I get to my goal.

hey Lee! i started week 3 yesterday. those 3 minute runs were no problem. can't wait to get to where you're at where its mind over matter (or time). Congrats!
